POLICE are concerned for the welfare of a Redditch man, who has not been seen since before Christmas.

Stuart Caswell, aged 34, who had been staying with a friend in the Church Hill area of the town, left the house at about 5pm on Saturday, December 21, saying he was popping to a shop.

He did not return and was reported missing on Christmas Eve.

Mr Caswell is described as being white, 5ft 9ins in height, of very slight build, and having short brown hair.

He is believed to have been wearing a light grey Nike hoody, skinny dark blue jeans, a blue waterproof jacket, and dark blue Nike trainers.

PC Rich Britton of West Mercia Police said: “It is out of character for Mr Caswell to go missing, and he is not believed to have taken any belongings with him.

“He is not believed to have a mobile phone and as time goes on, his friends and the police are becoming increasingly concerned about his welfare.

“We are appealing for Mr Caswell or anyone who has seen him since Saturday to contact us on the non-emergency number 101 quoting incident 440-s-241213.”
