TOP judges are set to rule on whether two men in jail for terrorism offences had their human rights violated.
Ricin plotter Kamel Bourgass and and “liquid bomber” Tanvir Hussain say they were segregated from other inmates after it was alleged they intimidated other prisoners by trying to dictate religious beliefs.
The Supreme Court will today decide whether their segregation was unlawful, the men claim they were not given enough information on what they had to do to end their segregation and not given an adequate chance to challenge prison authorities over the decision.
Elsewhere Disneyland Paris is accused of charging British tourists more than French visitors.
An EU report says UK customers paid around 15 per cent more, premium packages for Brits to visit the park cost €1,870 compared with €1,346 for French tourist.
German visitors suffered even higher rates, the same package cost them €2,447.
