LABOUR leader, Jeremy Corbyn, has unveiled a new cabinet following a wave of resignations in protest at his leadership.
He lost 12 of his shadow cabinet on Sunday and four shadow ministers on Monday - with most criticising his performance in the EU Referendum.
The new line-up includes:
Emily Thornberry - Shadow foreign secretary,
Diane Abbott - Shadow health secretary,
Patt Glass - Shadow education secretary,
Andy McDonald - Shadow transport secretary,
Clive Lewis - Shadow defence secretary,
Rebecca Long-Bailey - Shadow chief secretary to the Treasury,
Kate Osamor - Shadow international development secretary,
Rachel Maskell - Shadow environment food and rural affairs secretary,
Cat Smith - Shadow voter engagement and youth affairs,
Dave Anderson - Shadow Northern Ireland secretary.
The latest resignations came this morning (Monday, June 27) by shadow foreign minister Diana Johnson, shadow civil society minister Anna Turley, shadow defence minister Toby Perkins and Wayne David, shadow Cabinet Office, Scotland and justice minister.
Stephen Kinnock, a parliamentary aide to shadow business secretary Angela Eagle, has also quit, citing Jeremy Corbyn's "half-hearted and lacklustre role" in the EU campaign.
