FOUR people have been arrested after they prepared to fly contraband into HM Prison Hewell with a drone.

Police stopped a van that had been spotted driving along Brockhill Lane in Tardebigge, close to the perimeter wall of the prison, at around 4.10pm on Sunday, July 24.

WYRE Forest residents are being asked for their suggestions to name a new 16-bed ward at Kidderminster Hospital.

The new ward, which will be run by Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust, will replace the doomed GP Unit at the site, which the Shuttle revealed in March, is due to close later this year.
