SERVICE at a fast food outlet wasn’t fast enough for a drunken customer, the Lancashire Telegraph reports.
Blackburn magistrates heard Benjamin Jay Tebay became frustrated and punched a serving hatch window and broke it.
And his frustration continued when he assaulted a police officer by kicking him in the groin.
Tebay, 27, of Seddon Lane, Radcliffe, pleaded guilty to criminal damage to a window at McDonald's on the Junction 4 service station and assaulting a police officer.
