REDDITCH Liberal Democrats have revealed their candidates for May’s local elections.

Russell Taylor, a corporate IT/IS auditor, and former soldier will be standing for Abbey ward, while former councillor David Gee will be standing for Astwood Bank and Feckenham ward.

Investment banker, Roy Magara is up for Batchley and Brockhill and Mark Tomes, chair of the Redditch Liberal Democrats is hoping to swipe Church Hill from the current mayor.

Standing for Crabbs Cross is retired psychologist, Ann Gee and up for Headless Cross and Oakenshaw is Andrew Fieldsend-Roxborough, a senior engineer.

Andy Thompson, senior learning facilitator, is standing for Matchborough and Joanna Tutt, who has lived in Redditch for 24 years is standing for West ward.

Up for Winyates is Adam Smale, who works in the recruitment sector and finally for Woodrow, Wirehill and Greenlands ward, is Diane Thomas former Liberal Democrat group leader on Redditch Borough Council.
