A Redditch builder and his father have teamed up in a new business partnership that promises to bring more jobs and bespoke homes to the local area.
Builder Jack Robert Coote and his developer father, John, have formed JRC Developers Limited which is a construction company specialising in bespoke homes and extensions, renovations, listed buildings, heavy landscaping and demolition.
Jack Robert Coote, 27, said: “I’ve been fortunate to work in the building industry since 2012 and during that time I’ve worked alongside the best tradesman, contractors and architects. That also includes my dad John, who has a first-class reputation and almost unrivalled reputation.
“After that experience, and working on hundreds of residential projects, we felt it was the right time to go into partnership together. The Coote name is known for trusted and quality building services, so our aim is to keep that great reputation going with my dad set for retirement in five years.”
The pair have more than four decades of experience between them with Mr Coote spending 11 years working alongside his father, who has also completed thousands of building projects himself throughout his 30-year career.
John Coote said: “Jack is an immensely skilled craftsman and after just over a decade of working together, it’s a pleasure to be his business partner and to continue to work alongside him as I think about winding down.
“Ultimately, we want to maintain a reputation for offering not only exceptional building services, but also for leading bespoke projects which have technology, sustainability and great design at the forefront.
“Whilst the business is already employing a number of people, our vision is to build on that further and add to the team, with the potential of bringing in new apprentices within the next 12 months.
“With new projects coming up, and a pledge to bring more local job opportunities, we’re really optimistic for the future and we’re already receiving numerous enquiries.”
