Popular restaurant Miller and Carter has flooded as Storm Babet continues to grip Redditch.
The eatery was forced to close this afternoon (Friday, October 18) and cancel bookings after it became submerged in water.
In a Facebook post Miller and Carter said: "Due to the recent storms, we have had to close until further notice due to severe flooding in the restaurant.
"We are currently contacting all our bookings and would like to apologise for any inconvenience. We hope to reopen as soon as possible and thank you for your patience."
Shocked customers took to the comments of the post to express their well wishes to the staff and hope that the restaurant will be able to open again soon.
One person commented: "Really appreciated the call and feel for you having to go through all the bookings and hope everyone will be understanding."
Another added: "This is very sad that it's happened again. Good luck with everything and we look forward to seeing you all again soon."
