Here is a list of some of the latest cases heard at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court in the last week. 

PHILIP CRUMP, of Downsell Road, Redditch, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for analysis on March 5 when he was suspected of committing an offence whilst driving. 

Crump was given a community order and a curfew with electronic monitoring. 

PAUL NEW, of Wishaw Close, Redditch, changed his plea to guilty for assault by beating on February 10, 2023. 

He has been remanded on unconditional bail for the next hearing on May 13. 

RORY WILLIAMS, of Auxerre Avenue, Redditch, indicated a guilty plea to owning or being in charge of a dog dangerously out of control and causing injury. 

The incident happened on December 7, 2023 in Redditch when his male Cane Corso dog injured a woman. 

Williams has been given unconditional bail and will be sentenced at Worcester Crown Court on May 24. 

SERGEJUS MIKUTIS, of Batemans Lane, Wythall, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle when his alcohol level was above the limit. 

The incident happened in Bridgnorth on April 21 when he was driving a Jeep Compass. He had 123 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of his breath. 

Mikutis had to pay court costs and was disqualified from driving. 

THOMAS NEWTON-ALBUTT, of Ropewalk, Alcester, pleaded guilty to criminal damage of property valued under £5,000 on June 16, 2023 in Evesham. 

Newton-Albutt was accused of damaging a mobile phone to the value of £85. 

He has been remanded on unconditional bail until his next hearing at the Magistrates' Court on August 8.
