THE race for the Division Two title in the Redditch and South Warwickshire Combin-ation League took a twist on Sunday as OKH Sporting Dynamo suffered their first league defeat of the season at home to fellow title hopefuls Sporting Club Redditch.

Dan Sill scored twice as Sporting stunned Redditch.

Winyates Wanderers took full advantage and top spot with an 11-0 victory over lowly Rubery Legends, Andrew Squibb scoring four goals.

OKH Sporting Dynamo host Winyates Wanderers on Sunday in another game that will have a major bearing on the destination of the title.

Another title challenger also scored double figures this week as Division One leaders Rocklands sent out a warning to their title challengers with a 10-2 success against Dagnell End Rovers.

CBH Fasteners also kept themselves on the pace in second with a vital 2-1 derby success over fourth-placed SHTP.

Rubery Bridge progressed to the semi-finals of the Bromsgrove Charity Junior Cup with a 3-1 victory at local rivals Alvechurch Sunday.
